It is simple and easy reading book which I have read in just 1 hour. Even though this book isn't that big, it has enough tips and ideas to learn and boost your life. He writes not only about how to bring new habits into your life, but also why would you want it. 

As a result of reading this book  - I got several habits I want to bring into my life. And now I know how best to do just that! In addition, the author gives a list of recommended habits that he thinks will improve anyone's life, and how to go about adding them.
